Answer: Our Customer Service Hours are 9:30- 3:30 Eastern Standard Time. You can also email us at customerservice@contemposuits.com 24 Hours a Day. We take pride in the speed of answering our emails. Emails after hours are answered first thing in the morning when we open up for the day.

Answer: We are based in Bridgeport, CT but ship from multiple warehouses all over the country.

Question: How long does it take to ship my order?
Answer: We usually ship same or next business day. If you don't get an email after one day of placing the order, please contact us to check if there is a problem with your order. (we try to ensure that that doesn't happen)
Question: How much do you charge for shipping?
Answer: Ground Shipping is $9.95 but Free for orders over $99 orders in the US48. Expedited Shipping is offered but cost much more and depends on the size of the order. You are able to select one of these options at checkout.
Question: Where do you ship?
Answer: We ship to any address in the USA and its territories. Mexico, Western Europe, Canada and Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
Question: Where are orders shipped from?
Answer: Depending on what you order, we ship from multiple warehouse across the USA.
Question: When will I receive my order?
Answer: Orders placed in the Continental US generally take 3/5 business days to receive. Weekends do not count.
Orders
Question: What is the return policy?
Answer: You may return all new unopened items within 30 days of delivery Except for Final Sale Items for a full refund minus the shipping. If your order qualified for Free shipping, we will deduct $10 from your refund since the funds were paid for service provided by our shipping partners. We do not pay for return shipping, unless the reason for the return is an error on our side. e.g. you received an incorrect item. You can read more about our Return Policy here.
Question: How can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: It is very easy. We recommend emailing us immediately if it is after business hours or you can call us direct or text us. If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. If you wish not to keep your purchase, you can contact us for instructions on how to return your order.
Question: How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Answer: You should expect to receive your refund within four days as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Question: How do I return my order?
Answer: If you need to return an item, you can email us at customerservice@contemposuits.com or call us at 1-800-561-1708. We will email you the return instructions with the proper protocol on where to send your order back. It is important to follow the instructions so you receive either your exchange or refund in a timely manner. We will not be responsible for providing a refund if your package was lost in transit or shipped to a wrong address.
Question: How do I know that my online purchase is secure?
Answer: Contemposuits.com secures and encrypts all traffic with our customers via SSL. Your information is kept secure while you’re making your purchase. We are a US based website.
Fit and Sizing
Question: How can I determine which size suit I need?
Answer: Please consult our Suit Size Chart if you are a first time Suit buyer. If you have any questions regarding the fit and style, I recommend to contact our customer service via email or phone during business hours.
Question: Do Your Suits Run to Size?
Answer: Suits these days come in 3 types of fits these days. Regular fit, Modern fit and Slim fit. Our regular fit suits do run to traditional sizes. The slim and modern fits are designed to fit tighter. They are generally made for younger slim men.
Question: What size pants come with the suits you sell?
Answer: All of our suits come with standard size pants for the industry. The pants size are all 6 inches smaller than the Jacket size. For example, a size 42 Regular suit will come with a size 36 waist pants. The pants are made to let out or taken in up to 2 inches by a tailor without issue.
Question: Can I Get a Different Size Pants with my suit?
Answer: Sorry, all the suits come exactly with the pants they come with from the factory.
Question: How can I determine which size hat I need?
Answer: Please go on our Hat Size Chart and follow directions.
Question: What if my hat is in between two sizes?
Answer: I recommend going with larger size hat and then you can add a little piece of foam or even tissue paper underneath the sweatband of the hat to fit.
Question: Can I get a shirt size that is different from the matching size? e.g. getting a 46 regular with a 36" waist pants, or an XL shirt with a 36" waist pants.
Answer: Unfortunately we can't separate the pants from the jacket or shirts. They come as sets, and sell them as is.
Question: Can you tailor my suit, pants or any other garment?
Answer: In our experience, it is unlikely to get the tailoring right without the customer showing us exactly where to tailor, so we don't do any tailoring. Plus, once anything has been tailored, it can not be returned under any circumstance.
Payment
Question: Do You Save My Payment info?
Answer: For security purposes, No, all transactions are processed through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) gateway. Your payment information is carefully protected and we will never store your payment card information.
Question: Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Answer: Since we are based in the State of Connecticut, any Connecticut order will be charged sales tax. For orders outside of Connecticut, that will depend on the state's laws of online shopping. More and more states are starting to have sales tax collected on orders even if you don't live in the state where the website is based.
Question: Can You Send Me a Catalog?
Answer: Since our website offers over 4000 items, it would be too costly to produce a catalog. Also, since inventory changes daily, that is another reason why we can't.
